Ingredients

  • 200g crushed biscuits (like Digestives or Graham crackers)
  • 100g melted butter
  • 200g dark chocolate (or milk chocolate, based on preference)
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Toppings (optional: whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or fruit)



Instructions

Prepare the Base:

In a bowl, mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter until well combined.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased or lined dessert dish to form the base.


Make the Chocolate Filling:


In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
