Ingredients:
- 250g of chicken breast, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 100g of broccoli florets
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (or coconut aminos for strict Paleo)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Kitchen Tools Needed:

Instructions:
- Heat the coconut oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Add the bell pepper and broccoli, stirring occasionally for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Pour soy sauce (or coconut aminos) over the stir-fry and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
