Paleo Chicken Stir-Fry - Easy Dinner Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 250g of chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 100g of broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (or coconut aminos for strict Paleo)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Wok
  • Spatula
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board

Instructions:

  • Heat the coconut oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  • Add the bell pepper and broccoli, stirring occasionally for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  • Pour soy sauce (or coconut aminos) over the stir-fry and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
